ST AUSTELL BREWERY
20th November 2016 – Review by Andy
Customers and publicans love Tribute as it’s light, hoppy, zesty, easy to drink and consistently delicious. The zesty orange and grapefruit flavours are balanced with biscuit malt for this superb Cornish classic.
A light brown in colour, smells fresh with a citrusy aroma and a very nice fresh, clean taste, easily drinkable and brewed at 4.2% this is a session pale ale if ever I’ve tried one. Tastes very pure and natural, a slightly sweet bitter, with a gentle aftertaste.
Without doing anything spectacular this is a classic pale ale, if you found this in a pub, poured to the quality it comes via the bottle, you wouldn’t swap all night – top marks.
