Sadler’s Ales are situated in the heart of England’s famous and industrial ‘Black Country’.
Sadler’s Hop Bomb Craft Brewed (ABV 5.0%) Indian Pale Ale.
An American pale ale brewed with Amarillo and Citra hops. A sweet malt base is lifted by a powerful hop character.
Found this in my local B&M
in town, they seem to sell literally anything and they now have a half decent selection of beers on offer too – bonus.
So, an American pale ale, which given its rather cool name of Hop Bomb, you’d expect to be full of hops and attitude.
Once poured this could be mistaken for a lager, same colour and a pretty standard sized head. Smells full of flavour and fresh, fresh and fruity to the taste, this is full of the flavour promised and delivers on the hoppy American IPA you’d hope for.
A good attempt at an American IPA style beer, which seem to becoming more & more popular these days. If you like your American IPA’s full of fresh flavours then give this a try.
