ALL 4 ONE

All 4 One is another from the Aldi/Hogs Back Brewery combination, like Sunny Dayz which we reviewed on Monday, this is a 4 hop lager, described as a soft and light malt zingy taste with the aroma of Germanic hops and citrus with a touch of honey.
This sounds like a lager trying to be a little pretentious to me, although saying that I grew up on lager and it can be very monotonous, where one lager descends into another and they all taste very, very similar, so perhaps I should be giving more credit for an attempt to be different.
Certainly looks a decent lager, lovely colour although I notice the fizz is very minimal, think Cobra rather than Carling. Has an aroma of a soft craft beer, tastes a lot more flavoursome than your standard British lager.
This falls between a standard lager and a full flavour craft beer, and what you get is a more than palatable beer. I thoroughly enjoyed this and can find no real fault.
Decent marks here, a perfect beer to bridge the gap from lager to Ale.
