“Good traditional IPA. Voluminous, good body and fruity hop.” Tom Packman, Co-op Member Essex
This is a Co-op / Robinsons Brewery collaboration. The Co-op have commissioned Robinsons to produce 3 beers for them, with this being one.
Simply called IPA this clearly has and doesn’t want any frills to it, they’re going for the proper British pint here.
Nice artwork of the iconic Salford Lad’s Club on the bottle which ties in nicely as Robinsons are based down the road in Manchester.
This is what I expected and hoped for, a good solid IPA, if you’re a fan of a nice IPA then you can find a lot worse out there than this.
